And yeah you're right, really is Monday Boy '__'. I don't know for sure why the English name is Moon Boy though. My guess is (other way to write the name?) has in it, which means Moon so yea..

You are not allowed to submit wallpapers that you did not make, continue to do so and you will be banned.

I think you are going to be banned. Know this for a fact. Always check the guide before submitting anything, especially work that is not done by you. You might wanted to get these things off before you really do get banned.

If you made the wallpapers, then yes, you are fine. If you found them on anything, that illegal usage because you didn't make the wallpapers with your own hands. Instead, put them in scan forms so it's less likely to be banned, make sure you know what site you got it from, even from a game package, and put the info on the scan entry form. Try looking at other types of scans like in the scan gallery as examples.
